How to brush your body dry?

First, we buy a natural brush.

Yoga teachers say that if we do it gently, no problem brushing pregnant belly. I, however, I approach things very carefully. Before you start to experiment, be sure to ask your doctor for permission, so I got on my own, but I know that everybody is different and each of us is different. I think that it's better not to do than to do and worry about harming little one. But the decision is up to you and your doctor.
