The body brushing dry for the first time I heard a few months ago when I was looking for ways to prevent stretch marks during pregnancy. On came across page one of the funniest yoga instructors at dawn, Kiki Flynn, who runs the popular Youtube channel "Kiki Says" (links below).

Because I had to strongly reduce physical activity and give up some of my favorite workouts, very worried about the condition of the skin.
